You can place an electronic order at I.I.T. Ltd. Mall, or through the Internet at www.egelywheel.net. We are not in a position to accept orders via e-mail.

Before the purchase at I.I.T. Ltd. Mall a registration form needs to be filled in, whereby you have to provide shipping and invoicing information. The conditions that are valid for the execution of the order are stated in the registration form.

If you click on the "Order" button you will recieve a verification of your order in e-mail. This verifies that your order reached our costumer office. We accept the order after this.

You have the possibility to pay by transfer. When you make the transfer, please indicate your email address to the "comments" head to let us identify you.

Shipping

We send the purchased product on the next day after the money is transfered. Shipping takes a maximum of 5 days. If you have any queries please contact us at info@egelywheel.net.

After delivery please check the packege and in case it is damaged minute it and do not accept it!

Warranty

We give a warranty of 12 months from the delivery for every product. Based on our 10 years of experience we are free to say warranty is not issue for our products. The warrany is valid only for products with no damage, provided with all the accesories in the original package. In case you experience any trouble using the product (the wheel is not turning, the lights do not blink, or you can not manage to link it to the computer) contact us at info@egelywheel.net.

Security Policy

While placing an order our costuemrs have to provide their personal detalis (name, address, e-mail etc.) We only require this information in order to execute the order. Our costumer office uses your details to be able to contact you and execute your order. Security and handling of costumer information is very important. I.I.T. Ltd. stores the information in order to prove the execution and the conditions of the contracts. The information is not given to a third party, except if it functions as a sub-contractor (Post Office) for I.I.T. Ltd.. In this case the third party is not entitled to store, use or pass the information to another person. While handling your information we comply with the current Data Protection Act.
